Benjamin Wasserman

Benjamin is an undergraduate research assistant in the REID Lab. He is pursuing a B.S. in Psychology with minors in nutrition and behavioral neuroscience. Benjamin is passionate about how early experiences shape health and development, with a particular emphasis on gastrointestinal conditions. Outside of class, he works works as a research assistant in Neurogastroenterology at Massachusetts General Hospital and volunteers with Lean On Me, offering peer-to-peer mental health support for fellow students.
In his free time, Benjamin enjoys practicing yoga (currently training to become a certified yoga instructor), exploring new restaurants, going to the gym, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
