Ashley Guaman

She/Her

Meet Ashley (she/her), an undergraduate research assistant in the REID Lab. She is pursuing a B.S. in Health Science on the pre-med track. Over the summer, she completed an internship at Bellevue Hospital, where she shadowed physicians across a range of specialties, including neonatology and emergency medicine. These experiences strengthened her passion for patient-centered care and medicine. On campus, Ashley mentors third- to fifth-grade students in the Boston Public School system through Girls Inc., and co-leads PODER, an early arrival program at Northeastern that supports first-generation LatinX students as they transition into college.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and discovering new restaurants around Boston!
