Melina Hammoud

Melina Hammoud (she/her) is an undergraduate student at Northeastern University pursuing a B.S. in Health Science and Psychology on the pre-med track. At the Center for Child Development at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, she researched the relationship between neonatal prematurity and infant developmental outcomes. Her interests focus on infant brain development and tailored interventions to improve early health outcomes. On campus, Melina serves as an executive board member of Global Public Health Brigades and the National Health Pre-Professional Honor Society.
In her free time, Melina enjoys exploring art museums, watching films, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family!
